Carriers and tracking
Depending on the destination, order and available service, orders may be fulfilled or carried by BPT Fulfilment & Logistics, Allied Express, Aramex, Australia Post, CouriersPlease or FedEx. We select the carrier and service for the order; a particular carrier cannot always be requested. Tracking is provided where available by the selected carrier.
Delivery details and redelivery
Please provide accurate delivery and contact details, and make suitable arrangements to accept delivery or provide courier instructions where available. Additional carrier charges may apply for an incomplete or incorrect address, redirection, failed delivery, non-collection, return to sender or redelivery. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers can be used where supported by the selected carrier and service. If a selected service cannot deliver to the address provided, we may contact you for an alternative address.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before dispatch, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order has dispatched, our Returns & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law apply.
